Responsibilities:
Support employees on any housing issues, when required to do so
Follow-up process of mitigation steps on critical items and report to appropriate groups
Promptly respond to any information / early warning indicators, which may pose an IR risk / potential risk to the project and action as appropriate
Encourage and support a continuous learning culture within the IR Group
Be a leader in workplace safety and environmental protection.
Coordination of office administrative services supporting to assigned areas
Tengiz transportation (taxi, bus) arrangements
Update team vacation schedules and contact list.
PPE request for newcomers.
Keep available PPE & other company related stuff in stock
Proper and timely performance of his/her job functions Maintenance of workplace discipline, performance standards and compliance with occupational safety and health requirements.
Compliance with internal regulatory documents, company policies and procedures.
Prompt communication to an immediate supervisor regarding any potential or identified risks to company business.
Avoiding property loss or damage caused to the company by his/her action or inaction related to the performance of his/her job functions
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Ability to develop the documents according to tasks
Excellent communication and team-work skills
Work experience: At least 2-3 years’ experience in HR Admin and IR, HSE
Language skills: Kazakh, English and Russian
Write and speak in Kaz, Rus and Eng and convincing manner.
