Обязанности:
- Develops and implements sales plan according to budget
- Search for potential clients to participate in significant projects in mining, construction, energy sectors in Kazakhstan. Work with key clients
- Coordinates the work of the production department, requests and monitors quotes from coordinators
- Participates and provides support in attracting contractors for transportation. Develops contractor base for international transportation
- Provides guidance and advice to managers and financial planners, participates in budget development, advises production department specialists, and makes recommendations to optimize performance
- Conducts commercial negotiations on behalf of the company with clients of the company, participates in the development of contracts, ensures fulfillment of contractual obligations
- Participates on behalf of the enterprise in fairs, auctions, exchanges, exhibitions for advertising and realization of production (goods, services)
- Submits weekly, monthly and other reports (Sales pipeline, SCR) on his/her activities in a timely manner according to company procedures
- Facilitates the company's networking with potential customers and with the company's existing customers
- Ensures that the company is included in the approved list of contractors/suppliers for the target customer segment
- Communicates complete confidentiality in all areas of work
- Higher education (economics/ transport/ engineering)
- Experience in leading logistics / transport companies for at least 10 years
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial position (Sales / KAM)
- Negotiation skills
- Knowledge of English - at least Intermediate level
