VACANCY: MARKETING MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of a marketing strategy to attract and retain students;

• Research, collect data and use various marketing channels to attract potential students and their families;

• Analyze market trends and demographic data to identify target population groups;

• Collaborate with school administration to set enrollment targets and develop action plans;

• Creation and implementation of advertising campaigns on several platforms;

• Using social networks, email marketing and other digital channels to attract potential students, including detailed tasks: social media targeting, GOOGLE advertising, website work, SEO setup/SEO optimization;

• Actively participate in marketing events and open houses to showcase the school to potential families;

• Analytics and reporting related to marketing activities (analysis/comparison/summarization/report/plan/strategy/presentation);

• Writing scripts, scripts, technical specifications, commercial proposals.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Kazakh/English languages;

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, education, or related field (master's degree preferred) and experience in enrollment management or marketing (preferably in an educational setting);

• Compliance with time plans, deadlines and close familiarity with time management.
