Responsibilities:
- Managing statutory accounting and tax records of the company.
- Regular review of contracts for tax compliance.
- Preparation and submission of the Annual Corporate Income Tax return (Form 100.00), calculation and submission of Income Tax advance payments (Forms 101.01, 101.02).
- Review of Transfer Pricing packages.
- Review of financial reporting forms (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, TOPAS reporting).
- Monitoring the correctness and timeliness of recording business transactions in accounts.
- Organization and coordination of the month-end closing process in accordance with the schedules approved by the company.
- Checking the accuracy of expenses and income reflection for tax accounting purposes.
- Safeguarding company assets and capital structure, ensuring risk coverage.
- Support for external (BIG 4) and internal audits, as well as audits conducted by state regulatory authorities.
- Human resource management: recruitment, training, motivation, and development of team skills, creation of training plans, on-the-job direct assignments.
- Advisory role to all departments on day-to-day transactions regarding financial, tax, and accounting matters.
Requirements:
- Higher degree in Accounting or Finance/Economics.
- ACCA & CIMA, CFA, other papers is a plus.
- Proven working experience at the position of Deputy Chief Accountant/Tax Manager for at least 3-5 years (preferable fields: FMCG, Finance, Order to Cash (OTC), Pharma).
- Experience in large foreign companies in Accounting/Internal control/Tax consultancy is preferable.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Advanced Russian.
- Intermediate or Upper-Intermediate English.
- Advanced Microsoft Office user (esp. Excel).
- Strong analytical skills accompanied with data-driven thinking mindset.
