Are you a seasoned Project management professional with a passion for driving digital transformation? We're looking for a dynamic individual to take on the role of Head of Project Management at AIFCA!

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement AIFC's digitalization strategy to enhance IT services and drive efficiency.
• Develop and maintain a robust project and portfolio management framework aligned with industry best practices.
• Analyze, reengineer, and streamline internal processes to optimize AIFCA's operations.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget constraints.
• Prepare comprehensive business and functional requirements for approved digitalization initiatives.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle for AIFCA's portfolio, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
• Introduce innovative ideas, concepts, and tools to enhance efficiency and functionality.
• Implement Software Development Life Cycle approach to software development.
• Establish and uphold IT change management policies in line with best practices.
• Act as the central IT change management unit for AIFCA and AIFC Bodies.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, providing project management support as needed.
• Perform additional duties assigned by Line Manager and AIFCA's management.
• Effectively plan and deploy project managers, ensuring resource optimization.
• Act as a project management coach and advisor for teams and senior colleagues.
• Provide comprehensive project reporting for the IT Steering Committee.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in science, IT, project management, engineering, business, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management and/or business analysis.
• Proven project management skills with experience leading complex projects or programs.
• Excellent planning and organization skills at both strategic and operational levels.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., SDLC) and process redesign.
• Experience in preparing business and functional requirements for software.
• Recognized project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, PMP, AMP) is an advantage.
• Computer skills: MS Project, Visio, MS Power Platform (Apps, Automate, BI), SharePoint, Bitrix; configuration/automation skills are advantageous. Database management system and query language skills are a plus.
• Language proficiency: Fluent in English, Kazakh, and Russian.
