Digital advertising campaigns are one of the key tactics to generate leads and promote key solutions /offerings in focus countries. So we are looking for a motivated and experienced digital advertising specialist who will work with marketing managers, content managers and the Business Development team to launch and manage effective advertising campaigns for the entire portfolio of solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Actively participate in the development of Activity Calendars by Workload @ Country - in cooperation with Marketing Managers, defining digital media plans in order to achieve # Lead generation and Awareness objectives @ ROI.
1.1. For each Solution @ Country @ Ideal Customer Profile, analyze and define the effective mix of Digital tactics and platforms, such as Linkedin Adds, Programmatic, Contextual Advertising, and Target, while seeking global synergy.
2. For each agreed digital advertising campaign - develop the project plan, covering preparation, launch & implementation stages by target timelines & budgets - with own resources and/or outsourcing - in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and Content Manager.
SOW per each campaign:
2.1. creation of Landings and creative add materials/banners
2.2. сentralized campaign management and roll-out through own advertising cabinet
2.3. setting up Media KPIs, analyzing and monitoring them over the course of the campaign, proposing corrective actions to achieve the KPIs
2.4. qualification of Digital Leads in cooperation with the Marketing Manager, "handing over" Leads to further marketing nurturing
2.5. post evaluation of each campaign: fact vs. plan, conclusions and recommendations for the purpose of optimization
3. Holistic management of landing pool (domains, sub-domains) as key elements of an ecosystem with the Corporate Website - in cooperation with the Website specialist.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant practical experience of 3 years in launching and managing digital advertising campaigns (cases) in IT B2B.
- Practical experience as a manager of internet projects, with project management of cross-functional teams.
- Practical experience with Wix, WordPress tools for Landing page creation (cases)
- SEO basics practical knowledge.
- Knowledge and practical experience in advertising analytics (LI Add analytics, Google Analytics, Google Optimize, GTM, Yandex. Metrika).
- Knowledge of technical requirements and practical experience in web design; practical experience in Figma and/or Photoshop, and Canva.
- Knowledge/ practical experience of working with Ahrefs or Semrush as competitive analytics tools.
- Experience in writing briefs and technical tasks for external contractors/agencies, incl. timely monitoring and identification of errors or deficiencies.
- Ability to work in a multi-tasking, incl. in parallel running several campaigns, and deadline-driven environment.
- Language proficiency: advanced/native RU and ENG. Basic Spanish would be a benefit.
