Then apply now as: E-commerce Manager Almaty | Kazakhstan (KZ) | Full-time | Permanent | Sales & Marketing & Customer Service | Professionals Reporting to the Strategic Digital Marketing Lead, you contribute to the deployment of the E-commerce in Eurasia region for all ranges of STADA products. In this context, you will be required to: Build sales of OTC products in the e-commerce channel in cooperation with marketing and trade departments. Ensure the proper digital deployment of activation campaigns on the different channels (examples: digital media and social networks/website/retail etc.). Propose recommendations based on the results (product optimization, new support campaign, optimization of the sales pitch, etc.). Acquiring new clients and conducting meetings with them, presenting the offer, negotiating terms, and concluding commercial contracts. Monitoring the market, competition activities and market trends in the field of E-commerce. Measure performance and ensure budget monitoring. Ensure monitoring of the profitability of the projects developed. Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through, and offering code performance. Potential candidates should have: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in E-commerce, additional experience in digital marketing is a plus. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or e-commerce market. Attention to details, conflict resolution skills, adaptability, problem-solving skills, collaborative mindset, proactivity. Ability to build long-term relationships with clients. Independence in action. Strong MS Office skills. English – Advanced level.
