Job Description The Coordinator performs the following labor duties: Lead teams formed for the transformation and optimization of business processes of the organization; Apply business process management principles in analyzing current and creating future operational models; Organize and conduct analysis of existing processes; Organize and design future processes; Conduct interviews and working sessions with business process owners; Conduct simulation modeling of processes with owners and participants of business processes; Conduct value chain analysis through mapping of cross-functional processes; Conduct strategic sessions to link business strategy with process architecture; Ensure the alignment of process indicators of the value chain with the performance indicators of the organization; Advocate customer orientation and internal business needs; Work with senior management to identify potential opportunities for reengineering and optimizing processes and workflows; Work with management to translate strategy to the process and workflow level of departments; Curate the creation, management, and use of the organization's process repository; Develop requirements for IT systems within initiatives to enhance operational efficiency; Collaborate with data architects to identify sources, flows, and transformations of data and to form interface requirements; Assess potential and actual business impact and return on investment for initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency; Analyze and account for costs related to actions (main functions of structural units); Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency in the absence of a business owner; Assess project outcomes against target indicators; Work with IT to determine project needs in document management and create a document repository; Develop formulas for calculating process efficiency (process performance indicators); Based on collected business process indicators, build models to assess efficiency; Conduct comparative analysis (benchmarking) according to recognized reference process models (such as APQC, SCOR); Monitor the emergence of new methods and tools for conducting business both internally and externally; Conduct benchmarking (external/internal) of processes, determining what and how to improve; Apply change management methods and techniques; Develop communication plans to help implement planned changes; Develop strategies to mitigate the consequences of process optimization; Inform stakeholders about the activities and achievements of the process management team; Create training and mentoring programs on process architecture; Perform administrative tasks such as assessing and developing personnel, evaluating and planning projects to enhance organizational efficiency, budgeting for projects, allocating project roles, and more; Actively collaborating with Deans, heads of structural units, and other employees to strategically address various business process management issues; Performing other functions as determined by the leadership of the University; Participate in the processes of identification, assessment, management, and monitoring of risks within the supervised area; Timely and properly carry out the tasks of the immediate supervisor and management of the University; Comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and internal documents of the Employer; Be responsible for compliance with labor and service discipline, for the timely and high-quality performance of the duties and functions assigned to him by the employment contract and this job description, as well as the instructions of the Head and management of the University; Be responsible for ensuring the integrity of official documents, as well as preventing the disclosure or leakage of confidential and business information, as well as restricted information in accordance with the law, the Charter and internal documents of the Employer; In case of dismissal, be responsible for the timely transfer of all paper documentation, digital information, equipment to another employee as directed by the immediate supervisor (according to the acceptance certificate). Qualifications Education:  Higher professional education. A master's degree is preferable, an MBA degree is advantageous.   Work Experience: At least ten years of experience, with at least five of those years in people management. At least five years with a Doctor of Philosophy degree in the relevant field, including at least three years in people management. Desirable experience includes: At least 7 years of active participation in process initiatives and projects to enhance performance; At least 2 years of leading major enterprise-scale projects; Experience in implementing/developing cross-platform information systems of ERP, CRM, SCM, and BPMS (Business Process Management Suite) classes.    Knowledge: Knowledge of legislation in the relevant field according to the occupied position; Knowledge of process approach in enhancing the efficiency of an organization; Knowledge of project approach in forming and launching initiatives (projects); Familiarity with commonly accepted business process modeling notations (BPMN 2.0, IDEF0); Ability to work with reference models of business processes (APQC, SCOR); Understanding of key aspects of Lean management; Understanding of big data concepts and data analytics; Understanding of customer experience management; Understanding of quality management systems; Knowledge of risk management and internal control principles; Awareness of new technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, process automation, blockchain, and their applications in various business scenarios; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Proficiency in Kazakh, Russian, and English (to the extent necessary for performing functions).   Skills: Excellent analytical abilities and advanced problem-solving skills; Critical thinking; Project and process management skills; Coordination skills for cross-functional work; Business process modeling and analysis skills, including value chain analysis (mapping of cross-functional processes) and linking business strategy with process architecture; Advanced communication skills.
