Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of monthly report on savings and procurement plan and other reports;
  • Preparation of quarterly reports on GWS and LC to the authorized bodies;
  • Propose, prepare and maintain Key Performance Indicators of the Purchasing Direction;
  • Perform, control the performance and support the establishment of annual/mid-term purchase plan of GWS;
  • Control the accuracy of the purchasing database (PR PO) through regular cross-check in SAP and maintain the correctness and alignment of data in both purchasing database (PR PO) and SAP.
Requirements:
  • Higher education
  • Over 3 years of work experience in purchasing and/or finance and data analysis acquaintance:
  • Proficiency in SAP, excel and in having reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of Kazakh, Russian and English languages.
