Responsibilities:

• The Sales Executive is responsible for support and development sales strategies.

• To prepare and follow up with contracts.

• To assist Commercial Manager with establishing actions plans.

• Maintain valid call objectives and relevant action plans for each key account/key prospect and ensure all follow up is done in timely manner.

• Maintain a good commercial relationship with all the bookers: guest / company / agencies

• Respect the privacy of the guest and the confidentiality of the information

• Attract guests and to enhance their loyalty, providing a distinctive service through communication and sales skills, in order to improve the hotel’s image and increase revenue

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communications (Kazakh, Russian and English)

• Previous experience in hospitality industry.

• Computer literate in Microsoft and other relevant computer applications.

• Knowledge of OPERA is an advantage.
