About 5,000 employees from 84 nations are currently realizing the projects of our customers with professional knowledge and intercultural experience.Responsibilities: Timely Operational activities:Organize and improveme of production activities, development and implementation of effective measures to improve production activitiesPrepare rolling stock operation for summer and winter periods and formation of manufacturing programTransportation Safety:Ensure the safety of train traffic, organizing the process of traffic safety managementForm and implement organizational and technical measures to improve the level of traffic safety and achieve the efficiency levelMaintenance:Organize and control over qualitative and timely maintenance, equipping with solid fuel and drinking water and qualitative provision of proper sanitary and technical condition of carsQualifications:Minimum 10 years of work in the field of specialization, including at least 5 years in management positions in the field of activity and/or in companies comparable in scale of activity, complexity and revenue volume to the KTZ Group, including at least 3 years in the DB GroupExperience of creating and implementing strategy, planning activities and processes in large companies in the area of professional activityExperience in using/implementing information systems and marketing toolsEfficiency in building/planning and integrating several functions and processes in the field of economics and financeKnowledge of the peculiarities of functioning of the railway passenger transportation market, both in Europe, Asia and CIS countries would be an advantageMaster's degree or doctoral degree/DBA, PhD, postgraduate studies in specialty; Master's degree or scientific degree of candidate, doctor of sciences in the relevant profile of the position/MBA/other would be preferredKnowledge of foreign languages, including RussianEffective introduction skills of a new product to the marketBusiness management skills and tools along with Leadership and communication skills, achieving high results by building team interaction, successful implementation of projects, improving team efficiency Deine Bewerbung Jetzt ganz einfach online den Bewerbungsprozess starten.
