As a Pricing & Commercial Control Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving the profitability and success of our organization. You will be responsible for analyzing pricing strategies, managing pricing models, and ensuring effective financial control and governance within the commercial operations of our organization. Additionally, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including sales, finance, and marketing teams, to optimize pricing strategies and maximize revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage pricing strategies to optimize profitability and market competitiveness.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor pricing to identify pricing opportunities and risks.
- Conduct regular pricing analysis and provide recommendations to senior management based on market insights.
- Monitor and manage pricing models, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.
- Support sales teams in pricing negotiations and provide guidance on pricing decisions.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to enhance profitability.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and maintain pricing strategies, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
- Prepare and review financial reports, including sales forecasts, revenue analysis, and expense tracking.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with stakeholders to establish financial targets and monitor performance against them.
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to assess the impact of commercial decisions on revenue, margin, and profitability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or commercial controlling roles.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, commercial controlling, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Fluent English is a must.
