To perform the functions assigned to:
3.1. Conscientiously, timely and qualitatively perform their labor duties.

3.3. Perform work on the study of the main factors affecting the dynamics of consumer demand for services, the ratio of supply and demand for similar types of services.
3.4. Based on the results of marketing research, develop a general marketing strategy for the Company.
3.5. Develop a marketing budget and manage allocated funds.
3.6. Conduct categorization and identify priority groups of potential consumers to develop activities that contribute to the expansion of the sales market.
3.7. Assess the prospects for market development, the Company's prospects for the development and conquest of a particular market segment, develop a strategy for entering the market.
3.8. Determine the required range of services, pricing policy for services.
3.9. Organize the collection of information from consumers on satisfaction with services, claims and complaints about services; determine the forms and ways to eliminate deficiencies in claims and complaints received from consumers.
3.10. Maintain communication with the market through advertising, information service to inform consumers and promote services, organize the development of a strategy for promotional activities.
3.11. Develop incentive measures (both active - through a system of discounts, incentives, etc., and passive - through quality and design, image policy) sales.
