Responsibilities:

Legal support and preparation of contracts (KZ and non-KZ) regarding:

  • Consumer and customer claims (laws on protection of consumer rights);
  • Goods Certification and Licensing;
  • Goods Labelling;
  • Relations with authorised service centres (ACS);
  • Spare parts (storage and logistics);
  • New ASC registration;
  • Service Marketing;
  • Smart Advisors (outsources personnel);
  • Lease, cars, brand zones placement in ASC;
  • IP and box packaging;
  • Warranty Service and call-centre;
  • Communication with state authorities;
  • Reporting HQ on SVC.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law;
  • Proven experience as a former lawyer in an international company or a similar role;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team;
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
