What Youʼll Be Doing:
Designing and producing high-quality marketing materials, including digital
ads, social media graphics, 360 campaigns, app store assets, print
materials, and other promotional materials.
Collaborating with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute
creative campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message and
drive user engagement.
Developing and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure consistency in
visual identity across all channels.
Creating visually engaging assets for online advertising campaigns,
including banner ads, video ads, and interactive media.
Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, emerging technologies,
and best practices in online advertising to continuously improve our
creative output.
Working closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure that
design solutions align with the user experience and interface design of our
apps.
Preparing designs for exhibitions, internal bank print materials, such as
financial reports.
Managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and
project requirements.
What You Need To Succeed:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual
Communications, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience working as a graphic designer in a marketing or
branding role, preferably in a digital-first environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and
Figma primarily. Knowledge of Spline is a plus.
Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and creative
solutions.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and
layout techniques.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to translate complex concepts into
visually compelling designs.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with
cross-functional teams.
Passion for new technologies and digital innovation, with a demonstrated
interest in online advertising and digital marketing trends.
Knowledge/Interest in emerging technologies and AI tools knowledge is a strong plus.
Understanding UX/UI principles and having basics of HTML and CSS will be
a plus.
Experience working in the finance or technology sector is a plus.
