We are operating in multimodal and railway logistics for our international and well-known clients.
We are currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Director to join our team. The main responsibility of this position is to sell freight solutions to customers. The role involves actively engaging with customers through various channels such as prospecting, making cold calls, and finalizing deals. Additionally, the Sales and Marketing Director will also handle customer service and account management to ensure customer satisfaction.
Main tasks
- Designing strategies of Sales and Marketing of the Company.
- Actively selling logistical solutions to clients and seeking out new business opportunities.
- Generating leads through various methods such as cold calling, building relationships, conducting in-person meetings, and delivering presentations.
- Assessing and predicting clients' needs in order to build a diverse portfolio of business centered around their interests. Creatively promoting the organization's services to both clients and prospects.
- Developing pricing structures and negotiating agreements directly with customers. Efficiently managing customer portfolios to maximize profitability.
- Designing efficient transportation strategies for customers' freight, optimizing the utilization of the organization's services.
- Overseeing shipments from start to finish, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Managing and resolving customer complaints, providing necessary support to clients. Ensuring the profitability of contracts.
- Providing reports in compliance with company policies.
What do we expect
- 5+ years of valuable work experience in the logistics industry.
- 3+ years of managerial experience.
- Solid portfolio of the successful sales.
- Knowledge in transportation brokerage/sales and have expertise in marketing complex logistical solutions to diverse clients.
- Interpersonal skills: sociable personality and top-notch skills at building relationships with customers.
- Personal skills:
- analytically minded problem solver who thrives in high-pressure situations, always prioritizing the needs of the customer.

- Proficient user of MS Office software.
