We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to oversee all marketing activities in Kazakhstan. The ideal candidate must possess a deep understanding of Kazakhstan's market, strong digital marketing skills, and excellent leadership abilities.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies specific to Kazakhstan’s market, in collaboration with the Chief Marketing Officer.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor analysis to ensure the development of effective marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging marketing content, including advertisements, social media campaigns, blog posts, and newsletters.
• Manage digital marketing activities, including SEO, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns, to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Analyze campaign and website performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts and provide regular reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.
• Identify strategic partnerships, influencers, and affiliates in Kazakhstan to expand our reach and increase brand visibility.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new marketing tools, and best practices to ensure our marketing initiatives remain competitive and innovative in Kazakhstan’s market.
• Monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Master's degree is a plus.
Native or fluent proficiency in Russian, knowledge of Kazakh language will be considered as a huge plus
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, specifically focused on the Kazakhstan market.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, preferably in the technology or consumer goods industry.
Proficient in utilizing marketing tools, software, analytics, and digital advertising platforms.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Proactive and results-oriented attitude, with exceptional project management and organizational skills.
Experience managing a remote team is a plus.
