We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled 1C Administrator / Developer (ITS)​​​​​​​ to join our team in Astana / Almaty

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge and 1C administration experience of the platform "1C: Enterprise 8"
• General experience in working with configurations on the 1C Enterprise 8 platform for at least 2 years
• For the last 1-1.5 years’ experience as a developer (implementation specialist) of the following software products: "Production Enterprise Management" or "ERP" or "Salary and Human Resources Management" and "Accounting" - at least a year "Document management" - will be an additional advantage;
• General knowledge of the subject area in terms of accounting and personnel records, payroll
• Knowledge settings, typical configurations, built-in language of "1C:" systems version 8.0 and higher, development standards
• 1C consultant experience will be a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Collection and analysis of user requirements
• Development of new and improvement of existing 1C functionality
• Optimization of processing speed in 1C
• Administration of 1C databases (internal and client’s databases)
• Be responsible for the quality of development.
• Development of required integrations of 1C with third-party systems
• Be responsible for the assignment and management of User Rights in the 1C program, according to requests.
• Development of user guides, as well as technical tasks for new/improvement functionality development
• Maintaining of distributed 1C-Servers in terms of set up
• To help users to solve their problems during work with 1C (elimination of ineffective user’s patterns)
• To teach users, if needed
• Active participation as a developer and consultant in projects for internal automation on the 1C platform
• Compliance with internal policies and procedures
• Direct reporting to a manager or supervisor
