The Human Resource Assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organizations human resource department.
Responsibilities:
- Business trips arrangements(tickets, hotel bookings, transfers);
- Dealing with correspondence;
- Purchasing of consumables, IT equipment, water and items upon request);
- Ensure HR Administration: prepare labor contracts, addendums, job descriptions, orders, references, appointment memos and other related documents;
- Ensure training process for employees;
- Ensures the support to HR Director in the recruitment process;
- Ensures welcome package for the new comers: presenting local policies and procedures, bank account, medical & life insurance and related documents;
- Ensure the administration support of international assignees(expatriates) in link with the group and local requirements;
- Participates in ongoing HR projects;
- Ensures the IT support to the newcomers(creation of account, provide access to ERP system, creation of corporate ID card, pass to the office);
- Ensure support to HR Director in daily tasks ;
- Higher education in Human Resources / Management/Finance
- At least 2 years of professional experience in HR, preferably as s generalist in the international organization
- Profound knowledge of Kazakhstan Labor legislation
- Analytical, rigorous, accountable, excellent listening and problem-solving skills
- Open-minded, team player, highly developed communication skills, ability to work in matrix organization and proven skills in working with culturally different environments
- Resistant to a large load of work and pressure
- High level of responsibility
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and 1C
- Fluent English. French is an advantage
