Responsibilities
-
Registering user requests in the HelpDesk system.
-
Redirecting user requests/applications to the appropriate technical support specialists for problem resolution.
-
Keeping a log with descriptions of actions taken and decisions made, followed by entering this information into a unified database (knowledge base or similar).
-
Providing assistance and consultations during the installation, configuration, and updating of software products, as well as using platform and application features.
-
Assisting in resolving technical issues with the product/service.
-
Helping restore user operations after critical platform/application failures (participating in incident resolution).
-
Providing technical information on the product/service functionality.
-
Handling requests according to SLA (Service Level Agreement).
-
Shift work, schedule management, and working overnight as required.
-
Understanding the procedures and rules for handling user inquiries.
-
Knowing standard solutions and responses to frequently asked questions by users.
-
Familiarity with the technical specifications and functions of the product.
Requirements
-
Proficiency in using messaging apps such as Telegram/WhatsApp and social networks like Facebook.
-
Solid knowledge of PCs and office programs like Word, Excel (Google Docs, etc.).
-
Experience with software for receiving, processing, and registering user requests and complaints (helpdesk) is desirable, with the possibility of training after employment.
-
Understanding of how to work with user requests: systematization, determining the level of importance, and prioritizing requests.
-
Ability to work with and understand technical documentation (guides, instructions, knowledge base).
-
Friendly communication and the ability to clearly express thoughts.
-
Basic knowledge of English, fluent in Russian.
-
Interest in development.
-
Deep analysis of arising incidents and problems (incident management).

Knowledge and ability to use tools like:

Postman
-
Sentry
-
Datadog
-
Python (script writing)
-
REST API
-
pgAdmin or experience with any
-
Ability to identify the root causes of incidents and bugs, correctly formulate them into tasks, and assign them according to priorities.

Capability to manage the current backlog of tasks and participate in development team sprints when necessary.

Addressing a constant stream of inquiries from clients and partners.
