С 2009 года компания предлагает пассажирам простой и удобный способ заранее спланировать свою поездку. Команда i’way организует индивидуальные и групповые трансферы, а также транспортную поддержку международных форумов, саммитов, конференций и спортивных событий.
В связи с активным развитием нашей компании мы открываем позицию Менеджера по развитию бизнеса в республике Казахстан.
Основная задача - развитие клиентской базы.
В ключевые обязанности входят:
- изучение и анализ рынка и конкурентной среды, а также потребностей заказчиков;
- поиск потенциальных заказчиков и подготовка коммерческих предложений;
- исходящие холодные звонки потенциальным заказчикам;
- проведение переговоров на всех уровнях, подготовка и проведение презентаций;
- заключение договоров и контроль первых заказов;
- работа с другими подразделениями компании;
- участие в семинарах и выставках, командировки в различные страны.
Требования к кандидатам:
- знание английского языка не ниже уровня B2 будет вашим преимуществом;
- опыт работы в туризме и понимание тенденций развития отрасли и ее отдельных участников будут вашими дополнительными преимуществами;
- практические навыки продаж, знание и опыт холодных и активных продаж;
- умение находить общий язык с разными людьми;
- умение качественно вести переговоры, как по телефону, так и при личной встрече;
- хорошо поставленный и уверенный голос, грамотная речь и деловое письмо;
- умение систематизировать полученную информацию;
- уверенный пользователь ПК, практические навыки работы в CRM и 1С.
