Key responsibilities:
- Finding and contacting potential business partners to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Building and supporting friendly relationships with current international business partners.
- Finding and developing new products and markets for an increase in sales.
- Attending international conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Contract management and negotiation;
- Manage special projects related to the business development of the company
- Working with international suppliers to ensure that processes are running efficiently
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Business Development Manager Requirements:
- Experience in procurement and pharmaceutical business is preferable;
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or technical sciences field.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Fluent in Russian and English;
- Team player with a good positive attitude and high energy;
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Excellent organizational skills.
