Re-Store Services is a family-owned company which offers the best plumbing, restoration and home
improvement solutions for our customers in San Diego County and surrounding.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Responsible for developing, planning, and implementing our overall content strategy, and creating
engaging, customer-focused content that supports our digital marketing strategies. This individual will
help craft a wide variety of content for the website, social media posts, blogs, sales support literature
and e-mails, and will contribute towards enhancing our SEO, customer acquisition, and evolving our
digital footprint.
This is a remote position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and style guidelines across all marketing
materials, ensuring a cohesive and recognizable identity, customers engagement and lead
generation
2. Plan, write, and manage a wide range of engaging content that shares our solutions: websites,
landing pages, case studies, infographics, e-mails, social media posts, blog articles, online
advertising, video scripts.
3. Own the social media channels, engage with the community followers, and create engaging
posts to help drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
4. Manage content calendar and editorial workflow to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing agency, sales team, tech
support, SEO, design, to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with overall
marketing initiatives.
6. Oversee our paid search efforts, including ongoing Google Ads campaigns, GMB, Bing, Yelp and
other PPC platforms, which will help maximize ROI and drive qualified leads.
7. Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to measure content effectiveness and optimize
strategies for continuous improvement
8. Coordinate our SEO initiatives that aim to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted
traffic
9. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in content marketing, SEO, and digital
marketing to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage
10. Improve the customer experience on our website through content improvement, integration and
lead capture.
REQUIREMENTS
● Advanced English
● Bachelor's degree in Technical discipline, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related
field
● Minimum of 3 years of experience in content marketing management, preferably within the home
improvement industry
● Experience in digital marketing/social media marketing with a success in lead generation and
growth
● Understanding SMM, paid search, SEO principles and website analytics
● Copywriting skills for websites, blogs, social media, emails, videos, presentations, product
brochures, advertisements
● The ability to learn new topics and write compelling content about them (blogs, how-to’s, etc.).
● Experience in analytics tools, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Lightroom, Canva
● Creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can manage
multiple projects simultaneously.
● Ability to work independently with routine and/or repetitive activities but also be responsive to
disruption and change.
PREFFERED
● Knowledge of home improvement and/or damage restoration in California
● Knowledge and understanding of building organic search traffic through SEO techniques, such
as on-page optimization, link building, meta data, hyperlocal SEO, and ability to perform
keyword research, competitive analysis, and updated meta tags according to best practices.
● Understanding of HTML & CSS.
● Experience with WordPress
● Experience creating short form services/informational videos.
WHAT WE OFFER
● Salary $1,200-$1,400 per month
● Full-time Job
● Flexible schedule with reasonable presence during office hours 8.00am -
5.00pm (Pacific time PDT)
● Internet and phone compensation (limited to work needs)
● Monthly bonus (after 3 months of employment)
