Description & SummaryA career within Tax services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients meet and manage their tax obligations across unique but ever changing tax specialties. You’ll advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing indirect taxes, dispute resolution, and global enterprise tax solutions.Our team helps our clients identify and reduce tax risks, meet compliance obligations, implement tax strategies that complement business and operational objectives, resolve disagreements with tax authorities, and manage tax accounting and reporting issues. You’ll be engaged in projects dealing with International tax, mergers and acquisitions, state and local tax accounting, regulatory processes, tax reporting and strategy.Manage and deliver ongoing transfer pricing consulting projects for external clients from various industries, active participation in business development; manage and coordinate team of consultantsRole and responsibilities:Building new and develop existing client relationships and demonstrate knowledge of client business;Maintaining close cooperation between subject matter experts in economic analysis, tax law, and accounting; inter-company pricing arrangements between related business entities including transfers of intellectual property, transfers of tangible goods, services & loans and other financing transactionsIdentifying and assessing clients cross-border inter-company transactions; developing local country transfer pricing documentation, strategizing on local-country revenue authority transfer pricing audits, performing global planning for continuous optimization of clients existing and new US-to-foreign and foreign-to-foreign inter-company transactions as well as special projects related to clients restructuring and acquisitionsTrain staff, review and evaluate their workPublic speaking skills and team playerManages multiple clients, budgets and production goals.Knowledge and skills required:Work experience5 years of experience in tax/transfer pricing consultingExperience in: inter-company pricing arrangements, international taxation, and cross-border inter-company transactions; developing local country transfer pricing documentation;Considerable experience identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement.Education and Qualificationsuniversity/college degree (in Finance, Taxation, Accounting)ACCA will be a plusPersonal Skills or attributesGood knowledge of English (written and oral) and fluency in local languageExcellent project and people management skillsProficiency in IT literacyAbility to work independently and in a teamGood communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent problem solving skillProactive personality
