Навыки и опыт :
- Опыт работы в сфере корпоративных продаж бытовой техники для корпоративных клиентов не менее 3 - 5 лет
- Сильные навыки продаж, лидерские качества, коммуникативные и управленческие навыки
- Сильные навыки ведения переговоров и презентаций
- Иметь богатую базу данных клиентов во множестве отраслей промышленности
- Знание программ MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook и PowerPoint)
- Ориентированный на результат, мотивированный, инициативный, ответственный, дисциплинированный, способный укладываться в сроки
Обязанности:
- Руководить, обучать и развивать команду Отдела продаж бытовой техники для корпоративных клиентов для достижения всех целей продаж, обслуживания клиентов и оперативных целей.
- Установить цели и контролировать достижение ключевых показателей эффективности работы (КПЭ) каждым членом Отдела
- Продажа клиентам напрямую или косвенно через различные каналы продаж
- Оценка потребностей клиентов и предложение соответствующих продуктов, услуг и/или решений напрямую или через каналы продаж
- Определение и контакт с потенциальными клиентами/ каналами продаж и построение отношений для создания будущих продаж и повторных сделок
- Разработка и предоставление предложений по продажам, презентаций, планов и проведение демонстрации продукта
- Ведение деятельности по развитию бизнеса в соответствии с бизнес-целями
- Реализация стратегических и годовых планов продаж Компании
- Управление комплексными возможностями продаж с клиентами и каналами продаж
- Другие мероприятия, направленные на развитие продаж бытовой техники для корпоративных клиентов.
- Выполнение иных функциональных поручений от руководителя.
- Соблюдение внутренних корпоративных правил.
- Своевременное прохождение всех обязательных электронных тренингов компании
- Соблюдение стандартов внешнего вида (Повседневно-деловой стиль одежды).
