Responsibilities:
- Insure a regular (weekly, monthly) check of the completeness of the data of the sales information system (sales, product balances, other data), checking the correctness of the identification of these data (store, agent, product, etc.).
- Lead in correcting identified inconsistencies, coordinating work with distributor representatives (analysts, key users, etc.) and the Sales IS department of the Company.
- Control the maintenance of up-to-date directories of the Sales information system: field structure, directory of outlets and others (according to business needs).
- Analysis & Automatization report (Power BI and etc.)
- Coordinate and improve the data quality control system of the information system of the Sales department for the EECA region: coordinate compliance with current procedures and processes, analyze opportunities for their improvement and automation, implement agreed changes and monitor their compliance.
- Consolidate, analyze and systematize the business processes of the countries of the EECA region in terms of the Sales information system, analytical reporting, processes, and the like.
- Participate in the improvement of the information system of the Sales Department of the region (including conducting an audit for the compliance of the existing system with updated business needs).
- Create and / or accept analytical reporting of the region in accordance with the business needs of the EECA region.
- Regularly (monthly and weekly) prepare standard reports on the implementation of the sales plan of the EECA region, other reports in accordance with the needs (results of activities and focuses) for the leadership and team of the region.
- Provide additional reports as requested by the management and team of the EECA region.
- Consolidate sales plans of the Sales department of the region.
- Share key information on processes, deadlines, defined tasks, etc. from management to regional teams. Advise the regional team on current Sales priorities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Sales experience recommended;
- FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) market knowledge;
- Knowledge of information system tools (Power BI, AC Nielsen,IRI, Sap r3, bw, intranet, Spaceman, fsse workplace, TNS, Catman);
- Good knowledge of English.
