Обязанности:
- Be responsible for the parts shortage and E&O in country and service vendor.
- Track service vendor defective parts return activity to ensure the performance meet target.
- Be responsible for the service vendor level stock-taking result
- Onsite to supervise the stock-taking in service vendor, then output the stocking-taking result report. Follow up RSP to close the stock variance.
- Be responsible for the parts operation performance of service vendor.
- Track DOA units return to Xiaomi Parts Center from RSP or distributor.
- Follow up the refund activity from Xiaomi entity to Distributor.
- Overall management countries and service vendor level parts operation performance.
- Be responsible for the service vendor inventory and parts consumption
- System training for service vendor.
- Support HQ parts team to go live the parts consignment model in country level.

Higher education;

Working experience in After Sales Service 1-2 years;

Good command of English (oral and written), Chinese is advantage;

Ability to work with large amount of information;

Problem-solving Skills: able to develop and implement solutions necessary to ensure increasedpatronage and customer satisfaction;
