Job Description preparation of necessary information, reports and statistics for the faculty and administrative staff of the School; participation in the selection procedure of academic, administrative, and administrative and academic staff of the School; HR (human resources) database, confidential files, and HR documentation maintenance. Ensuring compliance with data protection in accordance with the internal regulations of the University and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan; formation and maintenance of personal files of the School’s employees, the timely introduction of amendments to them related to labor activity, the registration of the receipt and issuance of workbooks and inserts; development and maintenance of decisions/orders on the main activities of the School within the supervised area; maintaining a timesheet for the School’s employees; maintaining personal data, annual leaves, business trips of the School’s employees in the information system 1C: Enterprise (personnel); participation in the development and timely updating of job descriptions of the School’s employees; participation in the development of the School’s staffing plan; monitoring compliance with the work schedule of the School’s employees; participation in the development and improvement of HR methodology; organization and conduct of the International Hiring Committee for the selection of academic staff of the School; personnel records management: registration of orders on annual and social leave of the School’s employees, decisions/orders on personnel; timely provision of basic information to the Department of Human Capital Development; assistance in the adaptation of the new faculty together with the responsible structural divisions and organizations of the University; assistance in the development of internal documents of the University and compliance with their requirements; assistance in coordination and control of vacations of administrative staff, and faculty of the School; participation in identification, evaluation, management and monitoring of risks within the framework of the supervised direction; timely and proper fulfillment of other instructions of the Dean and the Chief Administrative Officer of the School and the University’s Management within the framework of his/her responsibilities and powers. Qualifications Higher-professional, preferable from the higher education institutions with English language of instruction; Master's degree is required Work experience Five years minimum. Minimum three years with a master`s degree in the relevant area Priority specializations: Human resource management; Economics; Public Administration; Business administration Professional HR Certifications (CIPD, SHRM) is preferable Additional Information Professional competences: аnalytical skills; skills in preparing and conducting presentations; knowledge of processes and tools in the field of HR administration; knowledge of the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan; knowledge of MS Office fluent knowledge of English, Kazakh and Russian languages Personal competences: leadership skills; sociability; responsibility; ability to work in team; stress tolerance; ability to work with representatives of different cultures and nationalities Application packages should consist of a cover letter and CV in English.
