Role Definition:
You will perform various accounting tasks in support of an operating unit and assist the Chief accountant in the administration of various accounting services and functions.

• Control, verification for compliance and acceptance of expense reports.
• Responding to inquiries and contacting other departments to resolve a variety of problems.
• Upon request, take part in special projects and ad hoc reporting requests.

• Maintain, implement, and adhere to internal controls while ensuring that accounting procedures comply with GAAP.
• Verification of incoming accounting documents and their preparation for payment.
• Bank operations and transactions.
• Timely and effective communication with the bank.
• Compilation and monitoring of the cash flow forecast.
• Maintain accounts receivables and payables.
• Conducting reconciliations with suppliers and customers.
• Participation in internal and external audits.
• Assist Chief Accountant in performing various tasks.

• Corporate Reporting: Knowledge of processes, methods, and tools of financial reporting; ability to create and maintain accurate and thorough financial reports.

Additional Information:

• No relocation is available for this position
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economic and / or equivalent experience desired
• Intermediate English, fluent Russian
