Responsibilities:

  • Follow the processes, rules, and agreements.
  • Provide the high-quality settings in integration area of functions.
  • Provide necessary explanations to business and IT representatives.
  • Participate in workshops with business and SF/HCM teams to define the detailed integration scope for the project.
  • Support the Business Technology Platform and add-ons to further configurations.
  • Support of SF and HCM integrations .
  • Configure the integrational flows between SF and HCM.
  • Prepare relevant Test scenarios.
  • Prepare the System for testing (test cases and migration of settings to DEV).
  • Migrate settings to Test environment.
  • Migrate data between Test environments systems.
  • Prepare integration testing plan.
  • Migrate settings to Prod environment.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Test with business and relevant IT teams.
  • Prepare necessary documentation (end-users and admins manuals, training materials, other presentations).
  • Training/knowledge transfer to junior staff resources.
  • Support and assist Payroll team with timely payroll processing adhering to KZ legal and Tax regulations.
  • Support in gathering business requirements related to SF and HCM (Payroll and Tax) processes and provide solutions.
  • Prepare Functional/Technical specifications and other documentation as required by company standards and methodology.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve SAP SF HCM Integration errors on daily basis.

Skills:

  • Strong English and Russian language skills, Kazakh intermediate would be preferred.
  • Awareness knowledge of Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan would be preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of the standard integration processes between SAP SF and SAP HCM.
  • Good knowledge on integration errors troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Good technical capability on integration technologies (e.g. CPI) and ability to configure and develop integration flows.
  • Deep knowledge on Business Technology Platform integration.
  • Hands-on experience on SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM systems.
  • Knowledge on SAP SF Datastructures and payroll set up.
