Сейчас наша команда ищет заряженных и мотивированных ребят на позицию Lead generation manager, которая даст тебе возможность войти в мир крипты!
Итак, какие задачи тебя ждут:
Работа с СРМ, своевременное заполнение карточек, следование процессу;
Поиск контактов, обработка базы холодных лидов через телеграм;
Организация созвонов с потенциальными клиентами и твоим тим лидом;
Выполнение недельных KPI: кол-во отправленных сообщений, кол-во ответивших.
Качества, которые мы ожидаем от тебя:
Уровень английского языка от С1;
Уровень русского языка от В2;
Усидчивость и находчивость;
Умение построить отношения с новым человеком;

Мы предлагаем:
Удаленную part-time работу (4-5 часа в день);
Карьерный рост, где ты сможешь отвечать за команду по лидогенерации и даже в последствии стать Business Development Manager(релокация в Дубай);
Оклад - 250 USD, а дальше бонусная часть согласно выполненному KPI;
При росте до senior – повышение оклада до 500 USD;
Дополнительную мотивацию за поиск лидов на самостоятельной основе через различные ресурсы, а также потенциальные сделки;
Онбординг и обучение от топовых BDM нашей компании.
