IT Head is responsible for overseeing all aspects of organization's IT operations including Team Management, Stakeholder Communication, Project Management, Vendor Management, Budget and Cost Management, Infrastructure Maintenance, Client Support, implementing new technologies, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Main goal is to align IT strategies with business objectives and to ensure smooth and secure functioning of all IT systems and services within the organization, in cooperation with Company Technology & Infrastructure Directorate.

Duties and Responsibilities in cooperation with Company Technology & Infrastructure Directorate are as follows;

1. Team Management: Leading and managing IT staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
2. Stakeholder Communication: Communicating IT initiatives, issues, and achievements to senior management and other stakeholders.
3. IT Project Management: Planning, coordinating, and implementing IT projects, including software deployments, hardware upgrades, network expansions, and system migrations.
4. Vendor Management: Interfacing with IT vendors and service providers to procure hardware, software
5. Budgeting and Cost Management: Developing and managing the IT department budget, allocating resources effectively, and controlling costs.
6. Infrastructure Maintenance: Ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and software systems.
7. System Administration: Installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems, servers, and other IT infrastructure components.
8. Network & Security Administration: Managing and maintaining the organization's computer networks, including LANs, WANs, internet connections and Physical Security systems (including cameras, PDKS systems, etc.)
9. Security Management: Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect the organization's IT systems, networks, and data from cyber threats and unauthorized access.
10. Data Backup and Recovery: Developing and implementing backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability in case of system failures or disasters.
11. Monitoring and Performance Optimization: Monitoring system performance, identifying bottlenecks and issues, and optimizing system resources for efficiency and reliability.
12. Software Installation and Configuration: Installing, configuring, and updating software applications, including productivity tools, business software, and security solutions.
13. Disaster Recovery Planning: Developing and implementing plans to recover IT systems and data in the event of a disaster or disruption.
14. Client/User Support: Providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations.
15. Technical Support: Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, networks, and other IT-related issues for end-users (Including printers, IP phones, video conference equipment, etc.)
16. Incident Response and Problem Resolution: Responding to IT incidents, service disruptions, and security breaches in a timely manner. Performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
17. Customer Service and Communication: Providing excellent customer service and communication to end-users, colleagues, and stakeholders.
18. Inventory Management: Maintaining IT related inventory management for client, network & security and system domains including personnel onboarding/offboarding processes.
19. User Account Management: Creating and managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls for IT systems and applications.
20. Documentation and Reporting: Creating and maintaining documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Generating reports on system performance, security incidents, and compliance.
21. Training and Education: Providing oriantations, trainings and educations to end-users on IT systems, software applications, security best practices, and other IT-related topics.
22. Compliance and Governance: Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to IT security, data privacy, and information management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is preferable.

Minimum 6 years of IT experience with at least 3 years managerial experience.

Having the ability to detect and solve problems in Client, Systems and Network & Security domains.

Native / Upper Intermediate English

Native / Upper Intermediate Russian

ITIL, Project Management

Strong customer/client focus, managing expectations appropriately and providing a superior customer/client experience.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate with others in the company who are in both technical and non-technical roles.

Must work well independently under pressure and effectively as a team member.
