Sales & Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
Conduct efficient and proactive sales of Aviation productsDevelop and realize business plans, sales strategies and action plans (year/quarter/monthly) to ensure attainment of company & client goalsMonitor the market on a regular basis and maintains up-to-date information (competitors activities, trends, important changes in Kazakhstan & CIS Air Transportation Industry, industry KPI)Prepare statistics and benchmarking on weekly/monthly basisPrepare and conduct presentations, seminars, proposals and RFP responses; organizes client eventsParticipate in Air Transportation Industry exhibitions and professional conferences on behalf of AVIAREPS clientsMaintain contact with clients in the market area; establish contacts with key decision makers Kazakhstan and CIS airlinesContact and assist travel trade to inform about all changes related to clients via regular sales-calls, phone calls, webinars and news-lettersProvide timely performance reporting; maintain accurate records of all activity reports (monthly and upon clients’ request)Conduct market research for AVIAREPS clients, including visits to existing and potential company clients
Your qualification:
Undergraduate degree (preferably related to Aviation)Fluent EnglishSales and marketing experiences related to AviationBeing a quick learnerPreferable knowledge of GDSs (AMA, Sirena, Gabriel)Confident user of Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)Excellent communication skills
