International Company is looking for CFO
Responsible for the overall direction of the financial programs in Kazakhstan and one more country.
Responsibilities:
Strategy, Planning and Management
Financial Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting
Accounting, General Ledger, Administration and Operations
Financial Management
Financial Relations and Policies
Requirements
- Experience of working in a cross-territory, matrix organization
- Strong business consultant with proven track record of communicating and discussing Financial strategies at executive level, gaining buy-in and creating momentum
- Experience of leading or driving implementation of Finance and Accounting systems
- Minimum of first degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any related field. A Master’s degree/MBA is an advantage
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Finance/Accounting field
- Minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience as CFO or Finance Executive
- Fluent Russian and English
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong leadership skills to enable them to work well with the Partner team
- Action-oriented and goal-driven to set out goals and achieve them
- Ability to operate at a strategic and also an operational level
- Strong consultative approach with the business leaders
- Comfortable with and an ability to embrace change
- Able to provide pragmatic advice
- Strong business acumen – understanding of business mechanisms and financial performance indicators
- Strong communication, collaboration and influencing skills
- Strong project management skills
- Strong desire and ability to develop others.
