Мы ищем команду энергичного и творческого Growth Manager, который будет отвечать за идентификацию новых возможностей и стратегий для развития наших продуктов на рынке. Как Growth Manager, вы будете играть ключевую роль в разработке и внедрении стратегий продвижения, обеспечивая постоянный рост трафика и улучшение конверсий.
Ключевые задачи:
- Идентификация и оценка новых возможностей для введения на рынок новых вертикалей товаров с учетом потребностей целевой аудитории и трендов рынка.
- Разработка стратегий открытия и оптимизации новых каналов трафика, обеспечения их эффективной интеграции с существующими каналами.
- Анализ рыночных условий определения потенциала новых географических рынков для родвижения и разработка индивидуализированных подходов к каждому гео.
- Установление и развитие стратегических партнерских отношений с новыми рекламодателями, что приведет к увеличению объемов трафика и улучшению качества конверсий.
- Управление портфелем рекламодателей, обеспечение высокого уровня удовлетворенности и оптимизация сотрудничества для достижения долгосрочных целей платформы.
- Сотрудничество с командами продукта по адаптации и оптимизации вертикалей товаров под нужды новых рынков и каналов трафика.
Разработка и внедрение инновационных маркетинговых кампаний по эффективному продвижению новых товаров, рекламодателей и географических рынков.
Наш идеальный кандидат:
- Уверенное владение инструментами анализа данных – Meta, Google и TikTok;
- Опыт управления рекламным бюджетом и оптимизацией рекламных кампаний;
- знание основ маркетинга и рекламных стратегий;
- Навыки презентаций и публичного выступления для представления стратегий и результатов.
Условия:
- График работы: 5/2 (пн-пт) с 9:00 до 18:00.
- Самостоятельность на вашем участке, бюджет и возможность формировать команду (при необходимости);
- Возможность получать денежные вознаграждения пропорционально своему вкладу в рост компании.
