Responsibilities:
1. Organizes and implements the overall management and business work of communication engineering projects, and assumes responsibility for the progress, costs, quality, safety, and acceptance of engineering projects.
2. Develops an engineering implementation plan, promotes the implementation and process control of the plan, and ensures that the project is implemented on schedule.
3. Coordinates and solves major project problems such as engineering, outsourcing, logistics, technology, and resources.
4. Effectively supervises the achievement of major milestones during the implementation process of communication engineering and assumes responsibility for project payment collection and final profits.
5. Manages customer relationships during project implementation, and coordinates customer relationships for major problems during project implementation.
6. Manages engineering project team members, supervises outsourcing implementation, and ensures efficient and smooth project implementation.
Qualifications:
1. bachelor's degree or above, no major limit.
2. Familiar with the execution and operation methods of international telecommunications engineering projects and have experience in the execution and management of international telecommunications engineering projects. Priority will be given to those who have engineering project manager experience, those who have experience in civil construction project delivery are preferred, and those who have PMP certificates are preferred.
3. Understand the logistics, design, outsourcing, business and other related work contents of civil engineering projects.
4. Work rigorously and meticulously, have a strong sense of responsibility, have strong communication and coordination skills, teamwork skills, strong control capabilities, and can bear greater pressure.
5. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
