Main accountabilities:
- Ensure support to function initiating Capital Appropriation Requests (CAR) and control their compliance with PepsiCo policies and procedures and АОР -Annual Operational Plan (terms of realization and amortization; correctness of cost allocation Capex/ Opex, classification of objects, of determining the value of objects to be written off, terms of payment, etc);
- Ownership of adequate internal control systems for the financial processes existing at plants, in capital expenditure and production expenditures aimed at the safeguarding of Company’s assets and risks mitigation in line with the PepsiCo policies and procedures and meet the requirements of the legislation;
- Mitigation of fraud exposure through ensuring that vendor tendering process is executed in line with PepsiCo Corporate and BU policies and through physical check of the acquired assets;
- Support in managing Capex Budget;
- Responsibility for optimization of portfolio by proactive management of fixed assets, safeguarding of assets and ensuring its physical counts in order to ensure the safeguarding, accurate accounting and reasonable planning in accordance with the Statutory accounting, TAX, US GAAP and PepsiCo policies;
- Ensure timely provision of accurate financial statements in part of of Investment projects and Fixed assets that are compliant with the requirements of PepsiCo’s financial policies and US GAAP;
- Supporting role in planning of capital expenditure, balance sheet in part of investment projects, Fixed assets accounts (Opex, Capex, Cashflow, depreciation, w/offs);
- Regular provision of comparable, understandable and precise financial information that supports management understands of the state of the business in part of capital expenditure and influences business decisions;
- Responsibility for CAPEX accrual process: control and verification of information and documents confirming the volume of services on capital projects in order to ensure reflection actual events in the financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, TAX and Statutory accounting standards;
- Providing control over Accounting department in terms of accounting for investment projects, CIP, fixed assets and expenses for investment projects and fixed assets, production expenditures and cost of goods sold calculation;
- Consults SC function in relation to appropriate accounting of production costs, inventory movements and capital project costs;
- Supports other functions in cross-functional processes design in relation to production costs and inventory movements.
- Higher Finance Education;
- 5 years working experience in Finance (BIG 4 preferable);
- Knowledge of Statutory accounting principles, Tax, US GAAP accounting;
- Analytical, Interpersonal and Communication skills;
- Scale team leadership;
- Knowledge of 1c ERP;
- Intermediate English;
- Strong analytical skills and proficient Excel user.
