Job Description The global pharmaceutical leader in Kazakhstan market is looking for a strong candidate for Digital Marketing Manager role. Responsibilities of Digital Marketing Manager: 1. Development and Implementation of Digital Strategies. 2. Management of Digital Campaigns: Overseeing digital campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, company website) to enhance brand presence and product awareness. 3. Analytics and Reporting: Analysing digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics 4 and preparing reports to measure ROI and inform future strategies. 4. SEO and SEM Management: Ensuring the company's online content is optimized for search engines and managing search engine marketing campaigns to improve visibility. 5. Website Management: Overseeing the company's website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and reflects the brand's message accurately. 6. Social Media Management: Managing and growing the company's presence on social media platforms through engaging content and community interaction. 7. Digital Content Creation: Collaborating with the content team to create high-quality digital content that resonates with the target audience. 8. E-commerce Strategy: Developing and managing online sales strategies, if applicable, to increase digital sales of pharmaceutical products. 9. Management third parties and service providers 10. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Working closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure cohesive digital marketing efforts. 11. Staying Updated with Digital Trends: Keeping abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, especially those specific to the pharmaceutical industry. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong digital marketing portfolio. Proficiency in digital design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Tilda, Figma) and IT programming languages (Python) for data analysis and visualization (Power BI). A proactive attitude, open mind, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
