PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Apply and deploy Supplier Quality Assurance policy in accordance with Sourcing.
Responsible for Non-Conformity Report management and Supplier performance for a precise scope of suppliers/projects, after the product validation, the First Article Inspection (FAI) + 3 deliveries.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Non- Conformities Management
- Responsible for Non-Conformity day-to day management, insuring reactivity to inform supplier of Non Conformity Report (NCR), to replace defective parts and to implement securization.
- Animate Non Conformities Report treatment by setting-up relevant actions plan to reach Non Conformity Report (NCR) target.
- Invoice the Cost of Non Quality (CONQ S1) to the suppliers.
- Containment actions
- Organize the retrofit to be performed by the supplier.
- Decide quality wall if necessary.
- Solving issues & Continuous Improvement
- Challenge our suppliers to enforce relevant corrective and preventive action plan, challenge reactivity.
- Audit supplier process to check the effectiveness of the corrective and preventive action plan and ensure control plan sustainability (regular follow-up on main suppliers).
- For ‘trusted’ suppliers: be part of the Return Of experience (REX) analysis.
- Top Issues Dashboard
- Prepare and monitor supplier Quality review at unit level to tackle the Top issues.
- Provide reporting required for management
- To complete any other tasks required by line-manager
- Support continuous improvement and suggest ideas for process improvements
- Conducts work within the framework of the Performance management cycle process – setting goals, reporting on performance, evaluating and developing their competencies.
- Follow ALSTOM Ethics Code, demonstration and promotion of high ethics standards
- Follow labor discipline, support positive working environment. Any use of obscene language, unethical rude remarks and insults are a violation of labor discipline.
MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES
- University degree - Technical or Quality.
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in Quality, Production.
- Knowledge in a technical field.
- Fluent in English.
- In connection with the Quality & Continuous Competencies Matrix.
- 8D Methodology.
- Collaborative.
- Persuasive and resilient.
