Наш портфель продуктов включает в себя широкий спектр IT-компонентов, периферийных устройств и мобильных систем.

На данный момент мы ищем Менеджера по развитию розничной сети Apple (Regional Team Leader) в Казахстане.

Мы ожидаем от Вас:

  • 5+ лет опыта руководства розничной торговлей и/или управления продажами в территории/регионе
  • Глубокое понимание рынка, среды партнеров, демографических характеристик и поведения потребителей
  • Способность анализировать и преобразовывать данные в решения, планы и стратегии
  • Подтвержденные навыки проведения презентаций и переговоров с руководителями
  • Сильные презентационные и коммуникативные навыки
  • Английский не ниже В1- обязательно

Круг задач:

  • Планирование работы: составление плана работы на день, неделю или месяц, определение количества промоутеров, которые будут работать на точке у партнера, и распределение их по времени.

  • Контроль работы: контроль за работой промоутеров и выполнение ими поставленных задач (качество общения с клиентами, использование рекламных материалов и т.д.)

  • Обучение промоутеров: проведение обучение промоутеров по работе в магазине у партнера, использованию рекламных материалов и т.д., рекомендации по улучшению качества работы.

  • Работа и управление командой: оценка качества работы каждого работника, оценка лояльности и уравновешенности сотрудников, личные встречи с сотрудниками, выяснение причины неудовлетворительной работы и совместно с работниками определяет варианты решения корпоративных и личных вопросов; рациональное использование рабочего времени, а также определение возложения на работника дополнительных обязанностей.

  • Решение оперативных проблем: в случае возникновения оперативных вопросов быстрое их решение, обсуждение их с руководством компании или другими сотрудниками для получения необходимой информации и согласования.

  • Отчетность: предоставление отчетов о работе промоутеров руководству компании, информация и статистика о количестве продаж, количестве клиентов и т.д.
