Обязанности:
- Управление бюджетом проекта;
- Управление командой;
- Управление сроком и процессом проекта;
- Первоначальная оценка перспектив – экспертиза проекта;
- Построение плана действий;
- Комплексное ведение – определение потребности в кадрах, средствах, инструментах, материалах;
- Регулярная связь с заказчиком (согласование, отчетность по проделанной работе);
- Оформление документации;
- Составление/контроль исполнения планов;
- Координация работы исполнителей – распределение задач, сбор информации, устранение конфликтных ситуаций;
- Регулярная отчетность по реализации;
- Ведение переговоров, представительская функция;
- Заключение договоров.
- Опыт работы в IT, в сфере разработки, тестирования и внедрения программных продуктов/решений;
- Понимание процессов разработки программного обеспечения; опыт использования систем баз знаний (Notion или др) и управления задачами (Jira, Clickup);
- Высшее образование;
- Знание методологий управления проектами;
- Желательно наличие опыта работы с одной или несколькими широко используемыми методологиями управления проектами, такими как Waterfall, Agile, Scrum и др.;
- Организационные способности;
