International Law Company "Inlaw.kz" is a Legal Service Provider in the AIFC. The expertise of our company includes authorization and post-registration services along with obtaining licenses in both financial and ancillary sectors. The scope of our services primarily focuses on the adaptation of international regulations and rules in the environment of Kazakhstani market. Thus, the target audience of our company includes clients from all over the world. As we provide services within the scope of the jurisdiction of AIFC, it is crucially important for our employees to be fully competent in terms of Common English law.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Higher legal education from a leading Kazakhstani or foreign university;
• 1+ years of relevant Legal experience;
• Job experience in AIFC - is an advantage;
• Specialization in English contracts law;
• Fluency in English and Russian (both written and oral) is obligatory;
• Good communication skills and attention to details.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support drafting, negotiation, approval and audit of the different types of contracts;
• Draft and review the contracts, claims, lawsuits, internal regulations, Policies, official letters, requests and (if required) prepare presentation materials and other documents in English;
• Monitor compliance with the requirements of English and AIFC law legislation and identification of the potential risk areas;
• Efficiently interact with the relevant internal Company’s Departments; provide relevant legal opinions, consultations and advice in relation to any and all legal matters;
• Efficiently interact with AIFC state authorities, ministries and regulatory bodies on obtaining the necessary permits and approvals; including preparing and submitting applications / notifications to the relevant bodies/authorities.
