Job Description:
1) Coordination and provision of all processes related to the academic degree programs of students of the school;
2) Providing advisory and informational support to the teaching staff and students of the school in relation to the school's programs, its goals, norms and rules;
3) Providing consulting and informational support on academic issues to the teaching staff and students of the school in accordance with the goals and objectives of the assigned degree program(s);
4) Maintaining the database of students;
5) Planning of expenses for the implementation of the assigned degree program(s) and the formation of a draft budget;
6) Monitoring of academic performance of students in assigned degree programs;
7) Providing comprehensive targeted assistance to failing students;
8) Conducting correspondence on academic issues of students; maintaining educational documentation: filling out documents based on the results of academic performance, participation (if necessary), etc.;
9) Organization of group participation in school and university events;
10) Preparation and submission of reports on the implementation of the degree program(s) (student performance, budget execution, etc.), as well as writing analytical notes (if necessary);
11) Participation in the processes of identification, assessment, management, monitoring of risks within the framework of the supervised direction;
12) Consultations with the University Career Center, promotion of school students and graduates through the Career Center;
13) Support career development of students by identifying and inviting alumni and company speakers;
14) Providing the necessary support for accreditation in relation to assigned degree programs;
15) Timely and properly execute the instructions of the management and immediate supervisor of the University, comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and internal documents of the University;
16) Is responsible for compliance with Labor and official discipline;
17) Ensure the integrity of official documents in accordance with the legislation, the Charter and internal documents of the employer, as well as prevent the disclosure or disclosure of confidential and business information, as well as information with limited access;
18) In case of dismissal, he is responsible for the timely transfer of all paper documentation, digital information, inventory to another employee at the direction of his immediate supervisor (according to the act of acceptance and transfer).
