1. Planning, coordinating, and managing the work schedule of the Dean of the School of Medicine: organizing external and internal meetings, phone negotiations, interviews; maintaining and adjusting the Dean's work calendar;
2. Monitoring the receipt of documents and correspondence for the leadership and faculty of the School, ensuring their timely delivery;
3. Managing document flow and paperwork of the School;
4. Preparation and registration of official letters in Russian, Kazakh, and English languages;
5. Keeping and registering minutes of meetings at the School;
6. Providing administrative support to the faculty and staff of the School regarding the provision of necessary office supplies, software, printing products, booking classrooms for classes, and providing technical support;
7. Providing logistical support for the School's events, including hosting delegations from the university - the School's strategic partner;
8. Managing the inventory and control of the School's material and technical resources;
9. Performing other duties and assignments within the goals, tasks, and needs of the School.
Qualifications
Education
Higher professional education, preferably in higher educational institutions with English language of instruction;
Priority areas of specialties:
- Management;
- Education;
- Public healthcare.
Work experience
At least 1 year with a Bachelor's degree in the relevant field.
