Responsibilities:
- Definition of technical requirements and consultation.
- Participation in tenders: service part of the tender, presentations, preparation of proposals, installation and demonstration of equipment.
- Conducting training for distributors, dealers, partners and clients.
- Participation in exhibitions and conferences.
- Comparative analysis of competitors' offers.
- Pre-sales technical support for sales department and customers.
- Responsibility for project implementation, equipment installation, commissioning, problem analysis.
- On-site technical support: maintenance, training, after-sales problem solving.
- Regular collection of customer complaints, feedback, expert services for checking and optimizing system configuration.
- Local spare parts management.
Requirements:
-
Knowledge of DMR and TETRA standards, basics of radio engineering.

Experience working with external customers: product presentation, consulting.

Understanding of LAN protocols, wide area networks (WAN), RF theory, security, planning and practical implementation.

Bachelor's degree or higher.
-
Experience working abroad in the creation of private/public communication networks, technical support or project maintenance is preferred.

Basic knowledge of IP networks, wireless communication principles, Linux programs.
-
Knowledge of English and Russian languages.
- 5/2 working week, working hours from 08:30-17:30
- Lunch break from 13:00-14:00.
- Office in the city center
