YOUR MISSION
Join us as a Glover Experience Specialist and become a key member of Glovo's local operations team! We offer a challenging and dynamic environment with many opportunities for learning and development.
THE JOURNEY
Writing competent and clear communications for couriers in Kazakh and Russian languages. It is necessary to use clear and simple language so that any courier understands the main meaning
Translation and adaptation of texts from the Global and Regional teams
Feel like a blogger: you need to maintain courier channels in Telegram/Whatsapp, publish interesting content, as well as various instructions and tips
Be familiar with graphic editors (Adobe Photoshop or Figma) to create beautiful and interesting illustrations
Launch various initiatives and promotions for couriers to improve their experience with the platform. Generate creative ideas is a must
Conduct focus groups, do surveys, communicate with couriers offline and online to understand their mood and identify problem areas that need to be improved
Generate reports on results and further steps to improve the courier experience
Analyze data and show visibility to the entire Operations team
Collection and analysis of information about competitors
Work closely with the Public Affairs team to enhance the image and reputation of our couriers in the country.
Collaborate on initiatives and campaigns to improve public perception and recognition of our couriers' valuable contributions.
YOU HAVE
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in communication strategy, community engagement, analytics, or related roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Kazakh and Russian
Ability to analyze and derive insights from both quantitative and qualitative data.
Proactive, creative, and results-oriented mindset.
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with brand management principles and customization to local markets.
Proficiency in conducting focus groups, surveys, and interviews.
Ability to work collaboratively with regional and global teams.
Familiarity with app monitoring and user experience enhancement is a plus.
Confident knowledge of English.
