Monitor market and business processes, outcomes, software, and operations in order to identify opportunities and develop solutions to improve processes, outcomes, and performance. Construct forecasts and analytical models Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes Conducting primary and secondary research on certain topics across industries and regions. Good knowledge of the macro and micro indicators affecting supply and demand dynamics Execution of projects related to company profiling, competitive intelligence, benchmarking, industry profiling and others Developing Market intelligence & Competitive intelligence ecosystem to Benchmarks Company’s performance with industry and its competitors through primary research Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends Provide decision-making support for management by collating and analyzing financial and business data Capable of creating, identifying, and developing cost and financial modeling Support and produce various marketing reports, monitor for compliance with contract conditions. Manage department contracts. Develop, set targets, monitor, analyze, and calculate periodic bonuses for internal and external customers. Use data visualization tools to create clear and concise visualizations of data. Help with the deployment and support of newly introduced features and automated reports. Manage ad hoc data requests from all functions of the organization and provide data and analysis to help address their business concerns. Support existing automated solutions on a regular basis. Maintain databases Your experience and qualifications >2 years of experience in analytics role Strong working knowledge of IQVIA, Advanced Excel functionalities, and high PowerPoint proficiency preferred Excellent in data analysis with expertise in forecasting & Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Strong presentation and communication skills Good understanding of financial statements & have logical mindset Confident User of Power Query, DAX, VBA Understand the competitive landscape and both general and industry trends - this includes local movements in Data Warehousing, Visualization, and Infrastructure platforms to inform product strategies, and roadmaps Good knowledge of SQL (MS SQL/ PostgreSQL) is a plus Knowledge of Python/R is a big plus Knowledge of data cleansing, preparation, exploration, manipulation, and visualization as well as such data management areas as data modeling, data quality, and data warehouse. Experience building and maintaining ETL processes Data Visualizations (Tableau, Power BI or similar) Expertise in statistical methodologies in order to understand complex market dynamics Inquisitive individual, willing to ask questions, probe, find answers in a complex environment Ability to learn, design and support automated processes Demonstrates strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative Assertiveness, problem solving abilities, ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, time management, adherence to deadlines, accountability and creativity are required Demonstrated experience in working in different business areas and business models Strong business acumen Ability to understand and develop solutions in a complex environment with conflicting objectives Ability to understand business objectives and levers to develop informative storyboards, present effectively and objectively.
