We are currently looking for a CRM Business Analyst

What you’ll do:
- Work directly with operations, solution delivery, product management, quality assurance and other teams to develop and improve internal products and customer solutions in different areas
- Participating in the analysis and design stage on product and implementation projects;
- Collecting and analyzing requirements and use cases for software solutions;
- Improvement and support of the existing solution from the requirement management; perspective;
- Supporting of operation and implementation teams with expertise in OOB product capabilities;
- Organize knowledge transfer between project, product and support teams;
- Conducting market and technology researches.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in software development/delivery projects;
- Understanding of CRM systems;
- Experience in collecting and processing requirements and use cases;
- Experience in communicating with customers/contractors;
- Understanding of IT standards and technologies (ITIL, J2EE, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle, OOP);
- Work experience in a telco-related company is desirable;
- Good analytical skills;
- Solid communication skills;
- Good technical English verbal/writing skills;
