KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for keeping the office running and helping employees in solving different issues.
  • Issuance of laptops to new employees
  • Finding rental housing for employees, assistance in concluding rental agreements;
  • Taxi management
  • Attendance system management
  • Document control, signing processes.
  • Assistance in organizing various events of companies (for employees and external);
  • Purchase of stationery, dishes and products for coffee breaks. Acceptance, accounting and distribution of goods;
  • Cross functional communication with other departments and staff, help with BT organization.
  • Purchase of administrative services (meal allowance, residence, medical insurance, office equipment and etc.). Signing contracts, control of supplies and payment.
  • Keep office clean and tidy

PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTE

  • A bachelor’s degree or above
  • To be high responsible person, quick response, willingness to help and solve employee problems
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Strong command of Chinese and English languages (Advanced or above)
  • Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office (strong Excel, Word and PPT skills is a must)
