Job description
Adhere to ILF IMS PolicyCreate long term value for ILF from clients, markets and relationshipsRecognize and create business development opportunitiesIdentify and keep up-to-date view of the current market situation and changesIdentify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.Improve ILF’s visibility in the region by participating and representing ILF at exhibitions and conferencesIdentify and approach potential clients, build long-term relationships with potential and existing clientsArrange meetings with client executives and key decision makers together with management and follow-up established contactsIdentify or propose potential business deals by contacting potential strategic partnersManage and coordinate marketing initiatives and activities in assigned business areasClose new acquisitions by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operationsCalculating prime costs based on cost accounting rates, verification through schedule of fees and/or comparison with reference projects, estimation of market price or alternative calculation methods.Prepare and review quality proposalsDrawing up of draft contract, if no such draft is provided by the client (see PG2201) in coordination with the responsible senior management and/or legal adviser.Reviewing the contract draft, depending on the project scope and risk, with the support of the department manager or legal adviser (see PG2201)Support the Managing Director in business related discussionsProtect organization’s value by keeping information confidential.Qualification
Be able to develop and implement a strategic plan for the company and to identify and procure the necessary corporate support and resources.Be able to develop new businesses in favor of the company.Be able to use all the resources effectively and efficiently.Be competent to solve managerial and organizational problems.Be highly motivating towards employees to improve productivity and be able to make feel each and every employee.Must have sound knowledge and understanding of technical terms and conditions.Awareness of compliance and audit processes.Ability to identify changes and improvements to the technical documentation and procedures to reflect Client’s changing requirements.Knowledge of computer based systems includingBe proactive, a self-starter and ability to work without supervisionSystematic thinker and good organizational skills/ time managementStrong personality with ability to be firm and persuasive without authorityTeam player within and across functions.Sensitive to Client’s requirements and Client-focused.Education: Bachelor degree is minimum requirement
Master Degree preferred.
Language skills: Russian and English are mandatory.
Kazakh is advantageous.
Professional experience: Min 10 year in Energy Related business area
